The United Kingdom will consider hosting US intermediate missiles to counter Russia amid escalation of tensions in Ukraine, according to the UK Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond.

Washington apparently considers a number of options to counter Russia's alleged involvement in the Ukrainian conflict, which include deployment of land-based missiles in Europe.
