MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier on Saturday, WikiLeaks released the 31st batch of emails from the hacked account of Podesta. The new email disclosure pushed the total number of the leaked emails to 50,408, which is even more than 50,000 that WikiLeaks promised to publish before the US presidential election on November 8.
"I'm down. Our team is all tactics and has no idea of how to lift her up," Podesta wrote to Hillary Clinton's former deputy Secretary of State Tom Nides in January.
Nides might be referring to the two first Democratic Party caucuses in 2016, in Iowa and New Hampshire. Clinton defeated Sanders in Iowa primary in February by the extremely narrow margin of 0.2 percent, but lost New Hampshire with a 22.4 percent difference.
On July 28, Hillary Clinton accepted the Democratic Party's nomination for president. Bernie Sanders has since then endorsed Clinton.
